WAN Overview

The WAN section provides fleet-wide visibility into your internet connections, dual-WAN configurations, and ISP health across all managed firewalls.

What You Can See

• ISP inventory — all internet service providers across your fleet with connection status
• Dual-WAN status — which devices have multiple WAN links and their failover configuration
• Connection health — uptime, latency, and availability for each WAN link
• Geographic information — ISP name, public IP, and location for each connection

ISP Management

The WAN overview aggregates ISP information across your fleet, letting you:

• See which ISPs serve the most devices
• Identify ISP-related outages affecting multiple sites
• Track WAN link health over time
• Navigate to individual device details for troubleshooting

Clicking on an ISP shows all devices connected through that provider, along with health metrics and historical data.

Failover Monitoring

For devices with dual-WAN configurations, you can monitor:

• Which WAN link is primary versus backup
• Failover events and their duration
• Link utilization to plan capacity
