Huntress

The Huntress integration connects SonicSaaS to your Huntress EDR platform to provide endpoint detection and response visibility alongside your firewall management.

What It Provides

• Agent status — see which devices have the Huntress agent installed and reporting
• Coverage gaps — identify devices that should have Huntress but don’t
• Health monitoring — track agent health alongside firewall health

Setup

To configure the Huntress integration:

1. Navigate to Integrations → Huntress
2. Enter your Huntress API credentials
3. Map Huntress organizations to SonicSaaS organizations
4. Save and run an initial sync

Your Huntress API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

How Sync Works

The platform periodically pulls agent status from Huntress and correlates it with your managed devices. This gives you a unified view of both network security (firewalls) and endpoint security (EDR) in one dashboard.
