Managed users are local accounts on your firewalls that SonicSaaS actively manages. This gives you centralized control over who has access to your devices.
How Managed Users Work
When you designate a local user account as “managed,” SonicSaaS takes responsibility for:
- Tracking the account’s existence across devices
- Monitoring its configuration against your policies
- Flagging changes that weren’t made through the platform
