General Settings

General settings control your team’s identity, organization structure, and notification preferences.

Team Settings

  • Team name — the display name for your team
  • Subscription — your current plan and billing status

Organization Management

Organizations let you group devices by client, site, or any logical grouping. From general settings you can:

  • Create new organizations
  • Rename or archive existing organizations
  • View device counts per organization

Organizations are used throughout the platform for filtering, access restrictions, and policy scoping. See Roles & Permissions for how organization restrictions work.

Notification Preferences

Configure how and when you receive notifications:

  • Email notification preferences (requires email integration)
  • Which event types trigger notifications
  • Notification frequency and batching
