General Settings
General settings control your team’s identity, organization structure, and notification preferences.
Team Settings
- Team name — the display name for your team
- Subscription — your current plan and billing status
Organization Management
Organizations let you group devices by client, site, or any logical grouping. From general settings you can:
- Create new organizations
- Rename or archive existing organizations
- View device counts per organization
Organizations are used throughout the platform for filtering, access restrictions, and policy scoping. See Roles & Permissions for how organization restrictions work.
Notification Preferences
Configure how and when you receive notifications:
- Email notification preferences (requires email integration)
- Which event types trigger notifications
- Notification frequency and batching
